Structure Home Insulation System

Structure Home Insulation System is the ultimate cladding system to achieve the look and performance for the smartest homes in America. It has the solid look of wood and the low maintenance of vinyl. It provides the comfort of a thick layer of insulation surrounding your home for warm winters and cool summers. It reduces unwanted noise and helps reduce energy costs year-round. The Structure Home Insulation System is made with a premium vinyl siding panel permanently bonded to expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. The foam backing, double nail hem and secure locking system create stronger, more rigid panels with tighter seams.

Structure Double 4″

Traditional Double 4″ lap siding gives the historic look of wood clapboard siding, and creates a realistic shadow line where the panels appear to overlap. It is often used for a more traditional look.

Structure Double 4.5″ Dutch Lap
Structure Double 4.5″ Dutch Lap, Long Length 16′ panel

Dutch Lap panels overlap each other with a shiplap joint and have a unique flat face and cove that creates a narrower reveal line, adding lots of visual interest. The decorative groove improves strength and creates deeper shadow lines.

Structure Double 6″
Structure Double 6″, Long Length 16′ panel

Larger Double 6″ lap siding provides a broader siding panel appearance than common profiles, and more closely re-creates the historical look of real wood siding.

Structure Single 7″
Structure Single 7″, Long Length 16′ panel

Single 7″ lap siding replicates the look of authentic overlapping wood plank siding, and offers the classic cedar dimensions and texture of wide 7-inch panels. Fiber cement is often compared to this panel, but Single 7″ lap siding offers much deeper and more realistic shadow lines.
